EFT Fixes Insomnia in Minutes!

EFT Master Pat Carrington recently discovered that EFT can be used in a ridiculously easy way to alleviate insomnia. I'm collecting statistics from my 
clients to see if this works as well for y'all as it does for her clients.

Here's the basic recipe to fix insomnia:

Instead of actually tapping on the EFT points with your finger tips (which will stimulate you and make it harder to sleep), tap mentally.  Imagine your fingers tapping on the points while you say, “I can't get to sleep.”  Say the phrase once as you “tap” each spot about 7 times:

  • Karate chop point
  • Eyebrow
  • Side of eye
  • Under eye
  • Under nose
  • Chin
  • Collar bone
  • Underarm
  • Top of head

If you have other tapping points that you like, throw them into the mix. 

The order of the tapping points doesn't matter. It doesn't matter if you skip some. It doesn't matter if you tap exactly 7 times.

Try to keep track of how many full rounds you have to do before you fall asleep. Please let me know!
